Do you work on a time-and-materials basis?
For ongoing retainer and staff augmentation engagements, yes. For project-based work we prefer fixed-scope delivery to align incentives and eliminate budget risk for you.
What is the minimum engagement size?
Our minimum is a short discovery sprint which produces a detailed scoping document and architecture blueprint. Many clients proceed to full delivery from there.
Are the rates inclusive of all costs?
Yes. Our rates include engineering, project management, QA, and architecture oversight. Infrastructure and third-party licence costs are passed through at cost with no markup.
Do you offer equity-based arrangements for early-stage startups?
We consider hybrid arrangements (reduced cash + equity) for pre-seed and seed-stage companies where we believe in the business model. Reach out to discuss.
